Fast UK Delivery
At Calmi, we know that when it comes to child safety, you don't want to wait weeks for essential products. That's why we aim to provide fast, reliable UK delivery on every order.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same business day where possible.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or peak seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Standard UK delivery is £5.00.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted UK delivery partners, including Evri, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
After investigating with the courier, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost; or
- Provide a full refund.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- Any visible shipping damage
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
